Nice to see. Most videos out there don't have a lot of crashes, something that us novices are quite used to. But there's no better feeling than landing that trick that you've busted 10 times! Keep up the quality work, love your page
even when ruck crashes it is still super smooth.. some guys have all the style.
Every one falls, its all part of learning. As far as not getting hurt, I think is just being aware of where you are in the air and to pull up the landing gear if your gonna come up short.
